Can I do the sessions online?
It is different but highly effective if you haven’t tried it before. Most of my clients connect with me online and enjoy the freedom of seeing me from the comfort of their homes or workplaces. It saves them time and they enjoy having the familiar around them.
Do I have to talk about my childhood? I'm really nervous about opening up that can of worms!
The processes we use are not focused on you talking about your problems. In fact, it can be re-traumatising to talk about your issues repeatedly as it confirms how challenging something has been and still feels.
You will learn strategies to quickly get yourself out of intense emotions. Through these techniques, what you thought were huge issues often feel so very different, allowing you to think clearly again if you are in new but similarly challenging situations
How often will we meet, and how long will I be in therapy?
Coaching using the unconscious mind moves faster and makes more lasting changes. If you have had problems for a long time, be a little more patient as there can be layers to unravel to let go of how you have protected yourself or dealt with the challenge.
