Absolutely. Most of my mindset coaching clients meet with me online via Zoom. It’s highly effective and offers the comfort and flexibility of joining from your home or workplace. Many people enjoy saving travel time and surrounding themselves with familiar comforts during the session.

Not at all. The techniques I use — like EFT and Matrix Reimprinting — don’t require you to relive painful memories in detail. In fact, repeatedly discussing trauma can reinforce those emotional patterns.

 

Instead, you’ll learn tools to shift how you feel quickly, without needing to explain everything. What once felt too much can start to feel easier. This helps you respond calmly and clearly in future situations.

Mindset coaching works with your subconscious, which means deep shifts often happen faster than traditional talk therapy. If challenges have been around for a long time, we may need to gently explore old patterns over several sessions.

We’ll work at your pace, and you can choose not to commit long-term. Many clients notice real changes within 3–6 sessions.
